We recommend booking at least 3โ5 days in advance to ensure availability and time for creative setup. For major events like Jazz Fest or Essence Fest, book 2โ4 weeks ahead โ those slots fill fast.
We accept MP4 (video), PNG/JPG (static images), and GIF files. If you don't have artwork ready, we can connect you with a designer or use a simple branded template at no extra charge.

Absolutely. Multi-day bookings receive a 10% discount. Just let us know your dates when you reach out and we'll lock in your schedule.
Our units are weather-resistant for light rain. In the event of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no penalty.
