How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure availability and time for creative setup. For major events like Jazz Fest or Essence Fest, book 2–4 weeks ahead — those slots fill fast.
What file formats do you accept for my ad content?
We accept MP4 (video), PNG/JPG (static images), and GIF files. If you don't have artwork ready, we can connect you with a designer or use a simple branded template at no extra charge.
Where will the backpacks walk?
We work with you to plan the route based on your target audience and event location. Popular zones include the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Magazine Street, the CBD, and Warehouse District.
Can I book multiple days?
Absolutely. Multi-day bookings receive a 10% discount. Just let us know your dates when you reach out and we'll lock in your schedule.
What happens if it rains?
Our units are weather-resistant for light rain. In the event of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no penalty.
Do you offer monthly retainer plans?
We're currently focused on event activations while we scale our fleet. Monthly retainer packages are coming soon — join our launch list to be first in line.
